What do the plans cost?
Seed (small office) is $69 a week, Sprout (medium office) $99 and Bloom (large office) $149, all plus GST. That includes the plants, pots, install and fortnightly care visits. See what's in each plan.
Which plan is most popular?
Sprout. It has twice the greenery of Seed for $30 more a week, plus a bonus Foliage Bowl.
What if I want to add more plants to my plan?
No problem. If your office or team grows, call Sam on +61 409 710 682 and he can add extra plants to your plan.
Can I choose the plants and pots?
Yes. When you choose your plan you pick a plant style (lush and leafy, or bold and structural) and a pot style (chalk white, stone grey or charcoal). We match each plant to your light on install day.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, with the GST-inclusive amount shown alongside. GST at 10% is added to every invoice.
Are there setup or install fees?
No. Install is included in every plan.
How is this different from Outside In?
frondli uses a standard easy-care range, set plans and online sign-up, with no design process. Outside In designs bespoke greenery from scratch, including green walls and larger fit-outs. If you need more than Bloom or custom design, talk to Outside In.
Term & ending your plan
How long is the plan?
There's a 12-month minimum term from your install date. After that, your plan continues month to month and you can end it with 30 days' notice.
What if I need to cancel in the first 12 months?
If you need to cancel within the 12-month minimum term, a reasonable fee applies, worked out as a percentage of the time remaining on your term. Give our team a call on +61 409 710 682 to discuss, and the fee will apply as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Plants & care
What if we don't have much natural light?
Let us know in your access notes when you confirm your plan. We choose plants from our range that cope with low light and check placement on the first visit.
What happens if a plant dies?
That's our healthy-plant promise. If a plant starts to decline while we're looking after it (yellowing, drooping or not thriving), our horticulturist swaps it for a healthy one on their next visit, at no extra cost to you. It doesn't cover plants that are damaged, moved or knocked over, but if something happens, just let us know.
When do care visits happen?
Every two weeks, within a set window. You pick the time that suits you when you sign up: before opening, mid-morning or mid-afternoon.
Do we need to water anything between visits?
No. Our horticulturists handle watering and feeding.
Who owns the plants?
The plants and pots stay ours, which is why we replace any that decline while in our care.
Where we work
Which areas do you cover?
Businesses within a 7km radius of the Melbourne CBD. We check your postcode when you confirm your plan. Just outside the area? Call Sam on +61 409 710 682. See the service area.
How soon can you install?
Within 10 working days of signing up. You choose the date.
Can you install outside business hours?
Early-morning installs are common for clinics and studios. Choose a date and add your access details.
Is frondli for businesses only?
Yes. Plans are for business use.
